Notices for Parents

Dear parents,

Thank you for sending antibacterial sanitizers with your child. During transition periods, before recess, and lunch, I remind the class to use their sanitizers. Inshallah with these new tips in place, we can stay healthier.

We are in month 6 of the school year. For your child to be prepared in May's SAT standardized exams, we need to cover 12 chapters in Math, 6 chapters in Science, and 2 topics in Social Studies which includes 12 sections, and Reading Comprehension and Writing Essays.
We are up to par with Social Studies and Reading/Writing. We have 3 1/2 months remaining to conclude grade 4. In Math, we are on Chapter 5, and in Science, we are on Chapter 2. The only way to complete our curriculum is to double up every day, on lessons and homework. You will notice that the homework has increased. Please try to be understanding as I am trying my best to cover as much as I can while maintaining the consistent level of attrition. I would appreciate that you explain this situation to your child as kindly as possible.

Also, if you have any suggestions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to call me at Al-Huda Islamic school or drop by during dismissal, and we can clarify any thoughts.

Thank you again,
Sincerely,
Sister Mardhia
